1. Who we are
SyncShot™ is operated by Shlomo Elikplim Yao Dunyo, a sole trader based in Leeds, United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, Shlomo Elikplim Yao Dunyo is the data controller for the personal data collected through the Service.

Payment data (card details, billing address, tax IDs) is collected and processed directly by our payment provider Stripe — see "Sharing" below. We never see or store your full card number.
3. Automated processing of your videos
When you upload angles, we run automated processing to align them onto a shared timeline and, where you enable it, to derive Spatial Context™ (facing direction, turns and floor path from pose geometry). This processing is performed on our infrastructure and on infrastructure operated by our providers (see "Sharing"). Your videos are not used to train third-party foundation models.
4. Sharing
We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, storage, email, analytics, error tracking and processing providers acting on our instructions.
- Payment processor (Stripe) — Stripe, Inc. processes payment, billing, tax, invoicing, subscription management and refund handling. See Stripe's Privacy Notice.
- Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers, where needed.
- Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
We are based in the United Kingdom. Some of our service providers process data outside the UK / EEA (for example in the United States). Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or adequacy decisions where available.
6. Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle legal claims and tax obligations. Uploaded videos and derived analysis are kept until you delete them or close your account, after which they are removed within 30 days. Billing records held by Stripe are retained according to Stripe's own retention policy and applicable tax law.
7. Your rights
Under UK and EU data-protection law you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@syncshot.ai. We aim to respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or your local supervisory authority.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege server functions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data as if it were our own.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies and similar storage strictly necessary to operate the Service — for example to keep you signed in. We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce optional analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email.
